These reflect our concern for the children and our objective, which is advocacy and promotion of children's rights in Hong Kong. The shape symbolizes energy and movement , indicating that we are a dynamic organization with a strong mission.
Bearing in mind that children are still growing and vulnerable, they need a warm environment in the care of adults. We, also, believe that children have rights to participation and should have adequate preparation for their lives in the society.

The Baseline Study on the Implementation of UNCRC Article 12 in Hong Kong (2020) is commissioned by Hong Kong Committee on Children ‘s Rights and conducted by Prof. Anne Scully-Johnson, Adjunct Associate Professor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Law. This study seeks to illustrate the extent for implementation of Article 12 in Hong Kong by looking into the work of the duty-bearers in facilitating child participation. Seven settings that are more relevant for child participation are selected as targets for analysis.
