Hong Kong Committee on Children’s Rights (HKCCR) recently submitted the Civil Society Report to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child. The report was contributed by a total of 23 organizations and individual contributors to reflect the child rights situations in the HKSAR under the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The report seeks to contribute constructively to Hong Kong’s ongoing efforts to realise the rights of all children and to support the development of laws, policies, services, and practices towards the full implementation of the CRC in Hong Kong.
HKCCR also supported children to prepare their Children’s Report to reflect the child rights situations in Hong Kong from their perspectives. The Children’s Report was contributed by a total of 50 child contributors.
